Super clean and spacious room with a great sea view from the deck. Breakfast was excellent, including a delicious homemade cheese omelette. The staff arranged a fantastic lagoon tour where we saw exotic birds and even crocodiles. They were super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic two-night stay at Posada Mercy. The triple room was spacious, clean, and featured a lovely balcony with a view of the pier. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast each morning, which included fresh eggs, juice, and homemade bread. The boat tour organized by the hotel was the highlight, offering a thrilling experience with sightings of exotic birds and even crocodiles. The staff were genuinely accommodating, helping us feel at home and even arranging a taxi for our next destination at a good rate. However, parking could be improved. It felt inconvenient that reserved spots were promised to certain vehicles, preventing us from getting shade for our car during the hot hours. Also, some noise from passing motorbikes and barking dogs disrupted our sleep a bit. Still, this hotel exceeded my expectations, making it a great stopping point on our journey to Chichen Itza and Merída.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17spotty wi-fi
The Wi-Fi connection has its moments, often cutting out or slowing down without warning, which can be a hassle when you're trying to plan your day. Additionally, in Room #5, anyone over 6' might need to duck a bit while getting into the shower, which might lead to an unexpected bump or two. Dated features throughout the room could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

Reserved parking doesn't seem fair, especially when guests could benefit from shade!!! Plus, nights are disrupted by loud motorcycles and barking dogs, making restful sleep a challenge!!!

The room was super clean, spacious, and really comfortable! We had a nice view of the sea from a little deck. The A/C worked perfectly, which was great. The bathroom was roomy too. We had a small table and wardrobe to keep our stuff organized. Overall, very cozy!

Had a lovely time here! The room was unexpectedly upgraded, and we appreciated the cozy vibe of the place. Just a note, the walls were a bit thin, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. definitely check out the nearby night tours! 😊

Couples retreat worth the price
The staff was super helpful, even booked a taxi for us at a great rate to Chiquila. The lagoon view from our room during sunrise was amazing!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but quite acceptable for what we got.
